PILKOPĖ – a newly revived holiday residence in Juodkrantė – offers a peaceful, stylish, and comfortable lifestyle in the Curonian Spit.

Originally built in 1978, this architectural gem was designed by renowned architect Jurgis Algimantas Zaviša. The building's unique modernist form was inspired by the shape of the Grey Dune, stretching between Pervalka and Juodkrantė.

In 2023, PILKOPĖ was thoughtfully modernized based on a project by UAB "LG projektai".
Project authors: Gintautas Vieversys, Loreta Volungevičienė, and Gina Vieversytė.
The renovation preserved the building’s authentic character while introducing modern technologies and contemporary design solutions. The project is being developed in collaboration with interior designers Simona Vilutė and Anastasija Čaplinskaja Michejeva.

We were proud to design the lighting concept for PILKOPĖ — crafting solutions that are both functional and refined, subtly enhancing the building's architecture while blending seamlessly with the natural landscape of the Curonian Spit.
