When designing the lighting in this center, important attention was paid to quality for the indoor premises and exposition, as well as the environment.

For the special-purpose rooms in the building luminaires that are resistant to environmental effects were selected. The place for preparing animal food, nursing, treatment, and procedure rooms are lit by luminaires from the manufacturer Airfal, which are extremely resistant to moisture and extreme environments.

The Baltic Sea Animal Rehabilitation Center is unique and important for Lithuania not only in its functional, but also educational sense. The center provides assistance to affected sea animals and also has an exhibition that tells about what we can all change to make the sea a friendlier and safer environment for animals and birds.
